i think there is no need for time as site just use date

1. the site not using time at all you can check page source
2.reporter template not handling it will it's fake.Why?

A. the time is really the year not time. All 2017 pages you will find the time is 20:17 and all 2016 pages you will find time is 20:16

Actually website archives older pages so reporter template will fail getting instant view while mine still able to get instant view
