The Instant View Editor uses a three-column layout, so you really want to use it on a desktop screen that's wide enough. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I don't understand how IV shows table borders by default in some cases and doesn't in other cases, but you should set them manually here with @set_attr(border, "1")
