The Instant View Editor uses a three-column layout, so you really want to use it on a desktop screen that's wide enough. Sorry for the inconvenience.

The tables are indeed unsupported. In this case, the table is a non-essential content, since it's just a navigation for sections inside the generated IV. Not information was lost in this conversion and much more pages are now available in IV format. (Sadly the contest platform don't keep our issues and comments when resubmitting templates)
