The Instant View Editor uses a three-column layout, so you really want to use it on a desktop screen that's wide enough. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Original formating uses blockquote/p which is not supported in IV.
As a workaround we all omit <p> and this works nicely in most scenarios.
This is one-off where IV generates blockquote with inconsistent spacing. Your template has same inconsistent spacing on this page, but with addition of extraneous <br> in place of each <p>: https://i.imgur.com/OyL6dAO.png

I don't have strong/definite opinion on if that's a serious issue.
