The same answer. It is not generated because "NO_MEDIA_FOUND". Some image URLs fail with IV for no apparent reason while other images on the same domain (radikal.ru) with the same looking URLs work well. That's not the issue with the template. BTW, in your template, this URL shows "NO_MEDIA_FOUND" either.
