Time is incorrect and can be handled properly as my template does. Same as https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/autocarindia.com/template9/issue1/

- If date is specified correctly, time is optional. We don't have to do such manipulations with date/time values as you did.
I had a similar issue with date:

I fixed the problem and there was no single word from admins about time.
