Missing bold formatting (it doesn't matter what year the article is)

- Here the image is in the <strong> tag. This is not used in new articles, so the year of publication matters. Find a recent article with the same problem. Then i will fix it.
Generating IV for pages from 2010 is not essential goal of the contest. If you find another recent article with the same issue, we might consider the issue.
