IV engine can't support blockquote inside blockquote and you have there 3 separate blockquotes:) It is breaks article author's think.

- This is possibly one of the best ways of handling that issue and I don't see anything wrong with it? Especially with that "including:" and below it's t he content that is being included. Not sure why is this an issue?
