The Instant View Editor uses a three-column layout, so you really want to use it on a desktop screen that's wide enough. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Well, this happens pretty often on this site, including in recent articles:
www.busiweek.com/uganda-aided-in-developing-strategic-anti-poaching-outpost-for-elephants/
www.busiweek.com/total-launches-us20m-lubricant-blending-plant-in-tanzania/
www.busiweek.com/eib-announces-support-for-kenyan-private-sector-and-east-africa-wide-funds/
www.busiweek.com/stanchat-launches-second-wave-of-digital-only-retail-banks-across-four-african-markets/
www.busiweek.com/nigeria-firm-wins-africas-first-scaling-up-nutrition-pitch-competition/

I agree with you that it is unsafe to convert the table to plain text if it contains cells (like in this article) / includes not the full article because it's hard to assess the role of the table in every single case, but still, the formatting is lost in your IV for part of the articles. And there is nothing unsafe with adding <br>s.

6 articles from 4100 pages of this site are 0.0015% of the total number of articles, but you can search for old articles, but how many will be 0.1%?

It is not safe because if any data is provided in the table, it will be separated by a line break. If I had added separators, you would have found another article with a data table and left it with a similar claim, just because the data is divided and not provided as it is. You can continue to do this indefinitely.

I adhere to the rule, if it is impossible to identify any part safely, then we leave it as it is. Because I had already been rejected with templates earlier, where I tried to show enthusiasm with non-identifiable elements.

I hope that this is not critical, since in the rules I did not find an item for breaking lines in articles-tables. This is more like a special case.
