duplicated image should not be set to cover

- The image is duplicated in the original article, so it is fine to have a duplicate as the cover.
Quote from admin on a past template: "The checklist says the cover shouldn't be duplicated — this means that if you take an image/video out of the article to create a cover, you shouldn't leave it in the article. If the cover has a duplicate in the original article, it is fine to keep it this way."
