Honestly, I do not think this should be considered as basis for rejecting the template.

I have just tested it on my mobile phone and both the "Link preview" and the cover image itself look great in the rendered IV template. If I may, the template actually handles the image better due to the fact that the image's subject (the women on the wheelchair) is fully visible.
