The site_name in link preview is incorrect. It should be "СityTraffic"

If you do a little research, the site presets itself as "CityTraffic", "СитиТрафик"

If you look at the footer section it says: "© 2009—2018 CityTraffic — информационный портал Самарской области."

If you go to their VK page https://vk.com/tolyatti_news_citytraffic

you'll see the following: "Новости Тольятти - СитиТрафик"
