In IV 2.0, <img> tags support the optional attribute href to make the image clickable. This should only be used if the link behind the image leads to some different page or content. (which is exactly the case here)

the photogallery link you missed is in the image. If you check the original page you'll see that the image is clickable and has a link to a photogallery! (the image is also available in higher quality then)
