§4. "Anything that is not essential to the article in question should be removed from the Instant View page." and that includes "Banners removed".

A copy-paste disclaimer is not essential to IV and nor it is essential for the article itself. If anything, copying article text in IV is done only a paragraph at a time, invalidating the purpose of this notice.
