this kind of articles use the picture of the author as the post's thumbnail, as you can see here: https://telegra.ph/file/bdb44e2df7a9738bf81a3.png
it shows that the website uses the avatar as the article's image and doesn't replace it with content's image. (to accentuate the role of author and his opinion)
