Image in blockquote is not supported in IV, this templates separate the whole images block from its parent `blockquote`, that's why its header "Meet the Advisory Board of E-tail Asia 2015:" is in another block, it's misleading for reading, I don't think it make sense.

- I don't see any problem, order of elements is saved: after phrase "meet the advisory board" we can see every person of the board. content not mixed with anything else and reading is not troubled

- <img> is not supported in blockquotes, but <pic> is. It's still possible to generate IV with images inside a blockquote.
