- Honestly? I was aware of this for this whole time.
Why didn't I fix it? Because that's not my fault. Those are <li> without <ul>. This is just broken markup in the source. This is only the reason why it was joined together.
I wrote about issues like this before and I will write again - those are user blogs. They do a lot of issues, I'm surprised you found only this one.
