Static page is missing. The image src is wrong

- The image src is wrong because of the content of a page, not because of the template. We have no way to check whether the image URL is working or not. In this case, efcate editors set the default src of the image to "efcate.ru", that also belongs to OAO Efcate, that is the owner of efcate.com (as we can see from whois info).
But OAO Efcate forgot to prolong the ".ru" domain, so this domain is in temporary blocked state. I think it's wrong to change domain name for this image manually just because we found that site editors used temporary blocked domain name.
They still have time to prolong it, it still belongs to them. And this error is reproducible in the usual browser, for example in IE, not only in IV.
