This page is giving even less information than the previous issue you have created. I guess person does not need to read page just about contact information with article view or instant view. This page is most probably for taking actions and requires people interactions, so people who want to access this page, does not even think about whether this page is article or not. They just need contact info which they can get from the website itself, I hope.
(p.s. for Marco), maybe it is time to not to give desperate issues like this one.
