- I kindly ask a little patience to the admin because I do not know if I can answer at 11:24 PM to all the issues arrived a few minutes after the deadline after days of silence.
This first issue seems to me wrong for at least 3 reasons:
1) details is not synonymous with: featured, lead, main, ... top, post-image, etc.

6.2.2 Cover images
It is obligatory to use a cover image:
If the image is presented on the page and described in the source as "featured-img", "cover", "lead_img", "main_image", etc.

2) if we look at the css .detail-picture contains only {margin: 0px 38px 10px 0px; }. In practice, since the image is small, in addition to aligning it to the left, a margin is placed on the right to space the text. It's not a cover setting.
3) taking another page with a larger image that does not need the right margin (http://egovernment.uz/uz/press_center/news/ertadan-internet-tezligi-ancha-oshadi/) we see that the parameter it's missing. Further confirmation that that .detail-pict
