The IV editor‘s ’Preview‘ section will always show the date/time in UTC format

The website does NOT indicate the timezone used to compute the time: no Time Zone Designator is printed, including in the code source. The date is displayed as text. The website may use UTC, the timezone of Uzbekistan, or the local timezone of the server location. Then, using UTC is the best we can do.
