Unfortunately it's not possible to preserve the exact formatting of the source article in the IV. I used bold text in places where the original used reddish color.

I don't think <blockquote> should be used here, since according to the HTML Standard "The blockquote element represents a section that is quoted from another source".

This site does have specific styles for quotes, and they're different from this one.
