Look on top. See the cover image? There's a video button, which reveals the video.
That's not supported by telegram yet. So it's marked as unsupported

IV must be generated for this page

Template #4 Issue #2

author is missing
ARX8x
I excluded this intentionally
90% of the articles I checked(believe me, I tried so many) use this same element to represent the category of news or place. There's no way to distinguish between catgory/place and an actual person name.
It's a tradeoff you have to accept to avoid confusion and misinformation
Declined by admin
It seems that the author span on this domain's articles often show invalid author names instead (categories, locations, etc).

It is better to not set the author property for the IV at all than to often show invalid author names.

The author name is also still shown at the end of the article body.
Template #7 Issue #1

Date is wrong
Sergio
it's not, it's probably due to the timezone
Declined by admin
It is possible for a template to display a date which is different from the original: https://instantview.telegram.org/checklist#6-9-date-and-time

Pages that contain just a slideshow must not present the content as slideshow, but images with captions following one another
Accepted by admin
Yes, the images on this page should not be shown inside a slideshow.
Template #8 Issue #4

This is not the author name
It's the place name
Certain pages have category name as well in this place. You're using all of them as author name for some reason
Lezkus
This is relevant if and only if issue #2 of template #4 is. I think it is more important to give credit to the author every single time.

The response to template 4 issue 2 can be found here:
https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/eltiempo.com/template4/issue2/

This is a valid issue. This domain seems to often use categories and locations as author names, but these are not actually author names.

So using this specific span for author name will often show invalid author names.

It is better to not display any author names than to often show invalid author names.

Also, articles with valid author names can still show the author name at the end of the article's body.

Sergio
this is because they wrote it as the author name, see the original article. It says: " Por: Bogotá"

Wrong author
ARX8x
"Por: palabrassociales"
This block is right under the title showing the actual author's name
The rest is in body content. The part you highlighted in the source is the author of the publication, not the author of the article
Declined by admin
It seems that "palabrassociales" is the name of the posting account for this specific blog category. So it is okay to use this name as the author.

As for the author name in the article body, it is optional to support.

In the previous answer, you say that there is a video not supported, but in reality, the video itself is supported "Youtube". Please, check this
<div class="video-cuerpo">
<div class="video video-player inline">
<div class="imagen-enlace-video-cuerpo-bk">
<a class="video-play" href="T-QqWH8JQP8"></a>
</div>
</div>
</div>

can be replaced by

<iframe src="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T-QqWH8JQP8"></iframe>
ARX8x
The reason it was marked as unsupported is that I couldn't find a single page with such an object with @data-source attrib that has 'youtube' as value, even though I went through hundreds of pages. This had to be marked unsupported.
Anyway, I pushed an update and it should support youtube videos.
