Issue #1
- Rodrigo Tavares
- In some pages, like these https://folhabv.com.br/noticia/Preenchimento-ameniza-rugas--aumenta-labios-e-hidrata-a-pele/50079 ; https://folhabv.com.br/noticia/UFRR-tera-projeto-de-ciencias-para-mais-de-120-alunas-de-RR/50393 the kicker is part of the story, but they also have links inside a comment: https://folhabv.com.br/lista/noticia/palavra-chave/ACIDO-HIALURONICO/3607 ; https://folhabv.com.br/lista/noticia/palavra-chave/CNPQ-PARA-MULHERES/3406 . The stories in these “categories” don't have the same kicker and sometimes aren't even related at all! I think there probably isn't a way to tell if the kicker is or not part of the story here. (and the actual category is below the subtitle with an actual link)

- Since the title doesn't lose its sense without the text in question, it's not a kicker. Even in your examples it looks like a topic.
- Declined by admin
- It seems sometimes this text might contain important information: https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/folhabv.com.br/template26/issue2
So it's acceptable to format this text as a kicker

> If the kicker represents a regular section or category into which the article falls, (e.g. ‘CRIME: Seventy suitcases stolen from Heathrow airport’), it should be omitted
