I resubmit template with a kicker, because it's always better to include some harmful information than lose it.
But honestly this contest will never ends if issues with presence or absence of this element would be accepted one after another.

- You're right. Since there may important content in this element, it's acceptable to format it as a a kicker in that case as well.
