In some pages, like these ; the kicker is part of the story, but they also have links inside a comment: ; . The stories in these “categories” don't have the same kicker and sometimes aren't even related at all! I think there probably isn't a way to tell if the kicker is or not part of the story here. (and the actual category is below the subtitle with an actual link)
