It is identifiable by the title, every page with live content contains at the end LIVE preceded by "–"(note that is the long dash not an hyphen, in this site is used to identify types of articles), or have at the beginning "Mercato LIVE Roma,".

I've checked multiple links and all of them with this title formatting contains live updated content.

I will be agree with you issue if you presented a RELIABLE WAY identificate similar pages.
