The template tried to generate IV for the main page, but failed because of <img> inside <a>. That means the template isn't protected form dynamic pages enough. Also that means it won't generate IV for target pages with <img> inside <a>.

I didn't see <img> inside <a> on this site.
I think You are right. I'm making update to process images in <a>, <strong>,<em>, and so on. So when You find any article with img inside <a> - give me know and I will resubmit new version.
