The Instant View Editor uses a three-column layout, so you really want to use it on a desktop screen that's wide enough. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Issue #2

Sorry for duplicating an issue, but seems like you are misinformed. I will quote the rules first:
"The date and time of publication is obligatory for news publications. It must be obtained by any means possible, including meta tags, etc."

Date AND TIME is obligatory for news and you need to get it if they exist. Now if you open the source code of the website, you can find this in the code:
"datePublished":"2019-02-24T10:59:01Z","dateModified":"2019-02-24T13:20:46Z"

As you can see, there are both dates available with full time and also, the one at the bottom is actually a date of publication as you can see.

I still stand by my statement. "Stand" is the date the article was last edited, which should not be used (because we have the date of publication at the top). In this case it is the same, but on other sites it may not be, and I think it's better to have only the date (because time is less important) rather than a wrong one.
