- I don't quite agree that I should add quotes as text to pullquote.
1. Pullquote implies a quote without additional content, it even supports cite attribute, so it is tag similar to blockquote, but just with another styling.
2. Ordinary quote symbols may make quote more Illegible, if there are another quote symbols in text for example.
3. I have seen a lot of styling of pullquote on original pages: big quotes symbols on the sides, bold border at the top, big quote with opacity etc... I would add to template engine ability to style pullquote manually with some attribute, similar as pre for code styling. It will be better solution, but adding ordinary symbols into text is bad idea.

As was mentioned by admin, this can be handled better and wrapped in quotes so users could understand that it's a pullquotes
