The related articles at the end should be combined into one block instead of being separate. Not sure how different it will look in the actual IV, but the checklist does say "Your IV may only have one block of related articles at the end of the page." (https://instantview.telegram.org/checklist#6-3-2-1-formatting-related-articles)

Here're two inline related links sit at the end together by accident, I don't think it's a same case as checklist described. Also, It won't be reliable to detect such a case, unless I move all inline related links to the end and combine them into one to avoid such an edge case.
