The Instant View Editor uses a three-column layout, so you really want to use it on a desktop screen that's wide enough. Sorry for the inconvenience.

The anchors do not work as intended. They're internal page links which are not supported in IV, AFAIK, and removing them does not affect the IV much, hence, should be removed. About 2, all the section content is present.
