broken is bold words.
1st. the text is readable, each paragraph is with new line. not any word in the text is lost.

2nd. i carefuly preserved original sturcture html.
and in original : its just style
margin-block-start: 1em;
margin-block-end: 1em; for each paragraph in css.

So, if iv enging dev. will want to make style margin after each paragraph in blockqoute, or after each <br> in blockoute they will do it.
There is no rules in cehcklist providing, i should do such formating, because in this site it originaly 14px margin.
