Its not critical issue. I have put the credits in the correct tag (<cite>).

I would agree that its important in case if the credits were not separate from the caption.
But in this case they come in separate elements and we can put them in different tags like <cite>.
If this was an issue, Then why would Telegram IV team make a separate tags for media credits?
