- bad page design it is usually a normal figcaption it is a rare case that they put the table in the image caption, not my fault.
I've given the same issue many times and got declined by admins.

It's a bad idea to put the description in the figure.
It is not a problem when it is short.
But it can be a few paragraphs. Then it becomes unreadable.

Checklist allows to leave such descriptions as ordinary paragraphs.
Especially if they contain tables, as in this case.
