It is one <table> (I checked original page), what you mean by tables is multiple <tr> tags. So you can't place Subheader in a table, it is broken structure. If you check guidelines on 6.4.1:
We will accept issues requesting to generate IVs for pages with content previously deemed unsupported if you include a link to a template that fully supports the content in question.

It is only one <table> tag, but inside of it there are five different <tbody>. Also the content of each <tbody> is different (car's technical specifications, similar models, highlights and weakness, judgment) and on the original page they are separated by a divider (just like an <hr>).
