Author login already exists in link, better use author name (or both at least)

- My first version of the template displayed both, however, long author name is not essential, because:
1. It's displayed at the very bottom of the page.
2. There's no special place for both nickname & author name in IV
3. In many articles it's either empty, or contains nickname/other garbage.
4. If you really care about an author, you can click on it.

- Since username is more important identifier on habr.com than the full name, it is ok to display it as an author

- IV page is missing essential content
