PS: <font> will not work for the same reason properly for all pages for the same reason it does not work on this page.

C'mon, that's not fare. I reported missing captions in your template, admin rejected them, then you reported missing captions in my template... I did research on my own, and it looks like you can't blindly add <i> or <em> to the figure as a caption as you will break existing text. This means that a huge amount of pages will sit without captions. Probably we can't do anything about it. I already found 4 corner cases including <i>, <em>, different tag positions, missing or present text between them. It's really hard to state that the next block of text is a caption. And here you go with an example.
Just wanted to say that I was wrong reporting missed caption in your template. It was fine before, now it's broken.
PS: Using <font> as a caption sing is fine, it never breaks on <font>. At least I hadn't found a single problem.
