- Admins decline such issues: https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/donegalnow.com/template6/issue1/. Anchors are not shown in IVs, their presence won't distract anyone.
Also, I haven't seen these elements in other articles. If I would have, I would remove them. But these ones seem to be some rudimentary code; these ids neither have any styles for them, nor play any other role on the page.
I save all anchors in order that all possible anchor links work. I can't hunt for every random rubbish anchor that accidentally got into the code.
