Rina is the author of the article if you open this link you can see that this article is indeed one of his/her articles
While the author at the end is hard to detect and you see it in special articles so I guess it is the book Author that this article talks about

- What a regular user sees has a priority over invisible meta. Two different authors in the article, one in the author property and other in the end of article, might be confusing for a reader. It seems this site often puts the real author name in the end of the article in the unidentifiable paragraph: https://www.if24.ru/aleksej-veller-arktica-proekty/

In this case invisible meta information must be removed
