Yea, I know, it's a common article, I had the issue like this. Without any chances to identify it, as "live". And it's so sad :(

Actually, this issue could be one more attempt to show other admins to react somehow on my appeal.

1) In you case I can imagine indirect signs of live broadcasts (images of cards and goals, "Текстовая трансляция" in title)
2) In this case site we have only text, simple text without any indirect marks even in the title
Author just seat and modify simple text of the article. It is unpredictable
