The IV will handle the fetching and display of the title, preview picture, etc. you do not need to worry about losing the title - if the RelatedArticle supports IV, it will be displayed.

- By the way, this particular RelatedArticles block is controversial because it seems to be completely random, so actually it's better not to support it at all in your next template version.
