- "Новости Луганска и Луганской области" means "News of Lugansk and Lugansk oblast". It is a description of the site, not its name. Actually, I could send you an issue that you include site description in the site name.
And since "informator.media" is in the title, it's not just a domain — it's the site name which coincides with the domain name.

In the case I sent you, the absence of line breaks destroys the structure of a poem, so it's a serious issue. And even less serious issues get accepted, for example https://instantview.telegram.org/contest/ast-news.ru/template26/issue2/.

There is no much sense to set just domain as site name.
