Your template lost instagram post which by mistake was added to layout another instagram post.
blockquote[@class="instagram-media"]//blockquote[@class="instagram-media"]
You just need to extract one blockquote from the other to successfully generate both.

If it's a mistake by the site, why shall we dirty fix it? What if they nested another one in the nested one? Are you gonna flatten them all?
