This page is article with a links to YouTube videos, and can be changed manually as many other articles can be.

- It does seem like this page has changed over time. For instance, if you check the original page from 2018, it was slightly different.
However, this page does not actually seem to change very often.
Also, since this IV specifically does not set a published_date, this IV would still be able to update its cache (although very slowly). So the slowly updated cache might be okay consider this source page seems to rarely update.
However, it is important to note that pages with dynamic content that update often are not fit for IV, especially if the IV has a published_date set.
