Why did you separate this content into different paragraphs? There's just one break between these sentences and it doesn't look like separated paragraphs originally. In addition, quite a strange separation especially after "The result will contain:", should be another paragraph if you do this to other content, but there's none of it.

Another great example. It's your own perception of separating the text into paragraphs, not author's. One <br> is not enough to separate it.
