Again, i don't see any big problem here.
And, this first b is not really a summary block as you and Heck Fy described, they do have this .summary block which my template would use first when it exists in the source.
If the source page use p[b] as header instead of h2/h3/etc., nothing we can do here.
Just like I said in issue 1, this <b> is not shown up consistently as pre-sibling <b> of the first <p>. They have at least three variants:
1. .text/b (my template failed to use it as description)
2. .text/p/b (my template use it as description)
3. .text/text() https://bit.ly/2VbKqqJ, yeah, we all have second paragraph as description in this case, both failed.
Both 1 and 3 variants are kind of source issue as far as i see.

All these cases are recent, so we should care about 'em. Prev-sibling <b> of first <p> is good choice for LD if it exists and is long enough.
