This template prepends the top cover image to the bottom slideshow of images (while they're separate in the source).
If a user clicks on one of the article images, website JavaScript creates a slideshow aggregating all images on the page and shows it as an overlay on top of the article, but this is a separate feature triggered on user click which doesn't justify putting all images together at the end of the article by default in the IV.
