- This is an image with a quite small width. If an image has no specific classes or attributes, checking a width is the only way to detect if this image is small enough.

P. S. In your linked issue
1) the actual size of that picture is much bigger (for this page, this is not the case);
2) those images have "data-large-image" and data-avatar="1" attributes.
