IV can't reproduce original layout so no need to preserve such small resolution, compare with images in my template.

Also note that <pic> can't be zoomed in apps (at least on my android) so when people try to read text on this image he'll just can't

It's image with .b-article-avatar-image class, the semantic here is quite clear, I don't think it's a problem.
